Everything I work on explores love and belonging. I am particularly passionate in reimagining queer and coloured futures. Especially within the context of multicultural Malaysia.

My coaching practice is steeped in intuition, introspection and accountability. Self discovery is just the starting point as we work on habits, values and life goals in a holistic and balanced way.

As a self professed “self help junkie”, I am taking my decades of reading + learning and sharing them in simplified ways with my clients.

Clients who work with me tend to be people who know what they want but are not sure how to get it.

I work with people who are:

  • Feeling overwhelmed and confused with life and could use clarity.

  • Creatives/Artists who want to return to a personal creative habit and practice.

  • Entrepreneurs who need perspective and accountability to take their businesses and brands to the next level.

As a certified corporate trainer and certified Integrative Nutrition Coach, my speaking and training is both varied and personalised.

I combine both spoken word and training elements together in one conducive package. I have worked with, spoken for and trained audiences from all over South East Asia from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur.

My specialty programs/workshops include:

  • Letters to the Universe: An Intro to Spoken Word Workshop

  • Speaking Into Being: A Spoken Word Performance Crafting Workshop

  • The Habit of a 108 Days: A Habit Creation and Accountability Program

As someone who started speaking at nine months old and hasn’t stopped since, my storytelling style is one that I have developed over the years. Coupled that with a career rooted in theatre since I was eleven years old, makes my performance style one that is incredibly unique to me.

As Malaysia’s first and current reigning National Poetry Slam Champion, I write + perform in English, Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Melayu and Tamil.

My current interests are in:

  • Spoken Word

  • Storytelling

  • Theatre
